Driven by a sense of duty and gratitude to his newly adopted homeland, Vito served in the U.S. Army, eventually obtaining citizenship.
His post-military career unfolded in real estate, starting as an intern and rapidly advancing to become a regional property manager overseeing 130 apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area. His responsibilities ranged from training on-site property managers, coordinating vendors for major constructions, improving operational efficiency, to developing meticulous leases.
Vito then transitioned to work with one of the largest development companies in Las Vegas, which has completed over 500 ground-up developments. Collaborating closely with the Executive, Vito contributed to diverse real estate projects, spanning both residential and commercial developments. During this period, he obtained his real estate license and expanded into acquisitions and dispositions.
Vito's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate, showcasing his prowess in the short-term rental market. As the largest operator in the Los Angeles area, he managed over 200 rooms listed on various platforms, generating an impressive annual revenue exceeding $2,000,000. This experience added a unique dimension to his skill set. Vito is at the forefront of developing new ground-breaking short-term rental platforms, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking approach.
In late 2023, Vito founded Palisia, focusing on a holistic approach to provide full-service assistance to investors—acquisition, disposition, leasing, maintenance, and daily management. Specializing in assisting foreign nationals, he is renowned for handling transactions with utmost confidentiality.
